About Heather

Born and raised in Atlanta, Heather van der Lande Cummings is a known leader in the local real estate industry. Upon graduating from Radford University in Radford, Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design with a focus on Art and Business, she worked in Charleston, South Carolina and Arlington, Virginia as a certified Interior Designer. In 2012, she returned to Atlanta and shortly thereafter decided to combine her love of architecture and desire to help people into a career in real estate. Heather’s extensive experience in design and strong background in customer service, allows her to offer her clients a multi-faceted, customer centric experience.

Consistently ranked in the top 20% of agents in her local office, Heather is one of the top producers in the Atlanta market. Her extensive knowledge of real estate trends and innovative marketing strategies propelled Heather to outperform the local market in listings sold by over 130% in 2016. She is a member of the Live Luxury division of Keller Williams Luxury, the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Heather is skilled at working across multiple markets and price points consistently working to use the latest technology and trends to provide a consistent quality experience for her clientele.

Heather has been a member of the Junior League for over 10 years, which affords her the ability to be involved with the community, including Ronald McDonald House, acting as a docent at the Corcoran Museum of Washington DC, delivering food to senior citizens on the weekends and so much more.

She resides in Atlanta with her husband, Andrew, and their cat, Gabby. Heather has a passion for Atlanta and spends her free time exploring the neighborhoods visiting the numerous restaurants the area has to offer. She also enjoys entertaining friends and family, cooking and gardening.

Heather is licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS Association.
